I empower adults struggling with low-self esteem, anxiety, and people-pleasing tendencies learn how to heal their trauma and find peace. My clients often present with bi-cultural identity, family of origin, and relationship issues. They often struggle with people-pleasing behavior, communicating ineffectively, and low self-esteem which leads to unfulfilling relationships. These issues often manifest as anxiety and depression – classic symptoms from our bodies alerting us to unhealed trauma that needs our attention. As a result of our holistic healing work, client’s gain peace and clarity in their relationship to self and others.
I offer a unique blend of CBT and somatic work (holistic mind-body healing) that paves the way for sustainable healing that lasts beyond the therapy room! Through our work, you will gain the necessary tools to become more self-aware, re-frame your limiting beliefs, and heal your emotional wounds so you can regain the control to live life on your terms.
