With warmth and sustained curiosity I aim to minimize self judgment in order to make space for exploration with the goal of increasing understanding and contentment while decreasing suffering.

I work with adults for individual psychotherapy and I am a social worker with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner and my primary clinical interests include trauma, attachment issues, adult children of emotionally immature parents/caregivers, family violence/estrangement, depression, anxiety, identity issues.

I have a particular interest in working with folks who live at the intersection of multiple racial and cultural identities. I believe our internal world connects deeply to our culture and society and our wellness is intertwined with systems, large and small.
