Community Health Navigation (CHN) Program
Our सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य नेविगेशन कार्यक्रम provides free healthcare navigation for Austin’s vulnerable Asian subpopulations, including the Burmese, Korean, & Vietnamese communities. Services include:

- व्याख्या/अनुवाद समर्थन
- Health navigation education (seminars, workshops, translated materials & communications, etc.)

- Vaccination events & Annual Health Fair
- Eligibility & Application Assistance – Our Community Health Workers can help you with the eligibility & application process of several health coverage & other programs
कार्यक्रम पात्रता
