Therapist / Julia Berg, LPC-A

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She/her

Ethnicity: Chinese, Multiracial

Service Language(s): English

As a bi-racial therapist (half-Chinese), I deeply understand the complexities and confusions that can come with navigating a multifaceted cultural identity. I’m passionate about supporting AAPI individuals and families in healing from intergenerational trauma, which I believe is key to building a foundation of wholeness and wellness. By addressing the legacies of trauma and fostering resilience, we can break cycles that no longer serve us, creating space for authenticity, peace, and connection.

In my practice, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as core therapeutic modalities to help clients process past experiences, explore identity, and build self-compassion. IFS allows us to work through internal conflicts and unburden parts of ourselves, while EMDR facilitates trauma processing and emotional healing. I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey toward clarity, empowerment, and self-acceptance.

Please reach out if you feel I might be a right fit!
