Therapist / Asha Devasia LPC, LPA

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She/her

Ethnicity: Indian

Service Language(s): 영어

I believe my upbringing as a first-generation Asian American raised in a small west Texas town provides me a unique cultural lens into how culture and ethnicity interact with all aspects of our lives including how we see ourselves, approach academics, employment, and relationships. I have over 25 years of experience working with diverse ethnic populations.

I specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and other mood symptoms in response to work/life balance, relationships, job related situations, parenting challenges, academics, and/or major life changes.

As your therapist, I will create a safe, confidential space where you can explore your feelings, face your hidden vulnerabilities, and confront your challenges. Together, we will identify your needs as well as your inner strengths and abilities. It is my hope that our work together will provide you key personal insight, remind you of your resilience, and arm you with the necessary tools to move into your future more empowered and confident.

If you have any questions or feel that I may be able to support you in any way, please feel free to reach out via email or phone. You can also find more information about me on Psychology Today. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to a less anxious and more satisfying life.
