I work with individuals, couples, families, groups, nonprofits, companies. Anyone who wants to be better, feel better. I can create a specialized wellness program for you or your company.

I am a hybrid of East meets West. I celebrate diversity. Being a former Army reservist, and married to a retired Navy spouse, I have been involved with the military community for most of my life. I have worked as a counselor for both the United States Navy and the Air Force.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve wanted to help others, and I am deeply committed to making the world a better place. I believe that we influence each other. As Ghandi said, we need to “Be the change that we want to see in the world.” We decide what kind of world that we want to create, and when we work on improving ourselves and giving back to our community, we can ripple harmony and abundance to the world.

I have lived across the US and the World to work in a variety of settings. After my husband retired from the military in 2011, my family moved to Texas. No longer having to move every few years, I established my business in 2014.
