As a counselor, I am here to be a collaborative and interactive part of your healing journey by using your feedback along with my knowledge and skills to aid you in a deeper understanding of yourself and/or your relationship. We will dive into the roots of your presenting concerns by digging into your past including your childhood while simultaneously focusing on the current manifestations of these issues as they show up in your adult relationships. Together, we will find coping strategies, and begin to bring awareness to your habitual, and reactive behaviors- all while processing life events that shaped you. You will also receive homework and tools to use outside of our sessions to aid in deepening our work in a sustainable way.

I work from a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and holistic lens where we move with intention.
