Community Health Fair: July 20 from 10 am – 2 pm

Saturday, July 20, 2024 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Join Austin Public Health, the Asian American Community Health Initiative and the Asian American Resource Center for a community health fair on Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at 8401 Cameron Road.

We’ll have free health services available, including immunizations, vaccinations, eye testing, and acupuncture. No appointments or registrations are necessary.

Please note:

  • Vaccine services end at 1pm.
  • Bring your shot records. Immunizations will be first come, first serve.
  • For glucose and cholesterol testing, you must fast but you should take your medication and drink water (2 hours for glucose, 8 hours for cholesterol).

There will also be giveaways, raffle prizes, food distribution, school supplies, children’s activities, snacks and more.

Interpretation and Translation services will be available for Arabic, Burmese, Nepali, and Pashto/Dari. Interpretation is also available for Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Spanish.

Parking will be available at the AARC parking lot and at the Austin Police Department Recruiting parking lot, which is next to the AARC and a 5 minute walk away. Entry/exit to both lots is on Cameron Road.
