Therapist / Tomi Yamamoto

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She/her

Ethnicity: Japanese

Service Language(s): English

My name is Tomi (she/her), and I am an LMFT Associate and LPC Associate supervised by Brianne Blevins, LMFT-S, LPC-S, PMH-C.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, or find healing through challenges like infertility, anxiety, or loss. I apply a systemic and multicultural lens to work collaboratively with clients, which often includes exploration of perspectives, meanings, intergenerational trauma, inner strengths, and the impact of our external world.

A unique quality that shapes my work includes being raised in Japan on U.S. military bases in a bicultural home, which allows me to bring a culturally attuned and globally informed lens to my practice.

Together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity, compassion, and a bit of humor in a safe, inclusive space.
